Area of Practice
01
Company Value & Culture
Customer First. Customer experience is the core of our brand and the core of our business. We regard farm workers as internal customers. Happy workers are the guarantee of our business success and will lead to a healthy environment and fruitful partnerships with customers.
Win-win. If the business cannot achieve a win-win situation with upstream and downstream partners, then even if it is beneficial to one party, the business cannot last long and has no value.
Honesty and Diligence. This is the basic principle and moral bottom line of our business, building trust. We research, think and work hard on the herb cultivation we pursue and will not
deceive our partners. We believe that diligence and honesty will bring happiness and rewards.
02
Herb Growing Technology
We work closely with the best herb growing technology resources in
Hawaii:
North Shore Economic Vitality Partnership, which provides food
safety practices.
University of Hawaii Cooperative Extension Service, which
provides pest control and food safety practices.
03
Herb Growing Experience
We have the most skilled team of herb farm workers in Hawaii. Other herb farms can always get technical help and consultation from us. Our agricultural technician, Mr. Shen Hanjun, is knowledgeable and has focused on agriculture, especially herb cultivation technology for 12 years. Prior to that, he graduated from a normal university and has 15 years of experience as an elementary school principal. Under Mr. Shen’s leadership, our farming team has grown to 5 members, all of whom have extensive experience in herb farming, such as a thorough understanding of the life cycle of healthy herb growth, the impact of weather on herbs and specific insect habitats on herb farms, and soil composition and adaptability of specific herbs. As a result, we have one of the most efficient and healthiest herb farms in Hawaii.
04
Herb Growing Practices
We are a certified food-safe herb farm with USDA GAP certification.
We have set a specific record for basil growing in Hawaii:
- For the past 3 years, we are the only farm in Hawaii with a
stable supply of basil during the winter, while other farms are
severely affected by pests and diseases and often cannot supply
fresh and healthy basil in January, February and March. - Under normal season and growing conditions, our basil production
is at least 1.5 times, and in many cases even 2 times, that of
other basil farms in Hawaii.
05
Farmland Location
Our small, unique, high-quality herb farm is one of the most beautiful in the area, nestled in a green belt near the Polynesian Cultural Center in Laie, Oahu.
06
Market Development & Pricing Policy
To get closer to the fresh herb consumer market in the continental United States and Canada, after 12 years of herb planting practice, we registered as a farm limited liability company in April 2024, trying to start with a very small supply and directly build the brand of our precious basil and other herb product lines. We are trying to contact premium fresh herb distributor in the market, one that has a good reputation in the market, recognizes our value, and can start small and grow steadily.
Implement a flexible market pricing mechanism, combine our own actual advantages, and create a healthy enterprise that is
sustainable, benefits the society, and benefits customers. Reasonable promotion in summer and stable supply in winter. Please consult our sales staff for specific policies.
